Nicola is the Head of the Workplace Vision South African Global Capability Centre (GCC) and serves as a Project Manager within the wider WV global PMO. She plays a key role in expanding Workplace Vision’s footprint in South Africa by establishing and leading our South African team who deliver our FRAME services to any global location.

With a background in business operations, client engagement, and cross‑functional coordination, Nicola brings a structured yet people‑centred approach to delivery. She is responsible for driving project execution, aligning teams across multiple countries, and ensuring that South African operations integrate seamlessly with Workplace Vision’s global standards.
