Global Service Owner - RAMP & BUILD

Responsible for the WV RAMP & BUILD services P&Ls globally. This involves working with the Product Management office to define our services, their Target Operating Model and their commercial model and involves setting targets and tactics with the regional leaders. The role is a Senior Leadership Team position.

Technical Operations Director

Responsible for global delivery of the technical components of WV’s BUILD services, including the management of the sub-contractors WV uses. The role is a Leadership Team position, based out of WV’s UK Egham office (hybrid status, but does require attendance in the office several times each week).

Client Experience Manager

Responsible for taking client service requests (for RAMP, BUILD or SUPPORT), delivering SOWs (using all relevant WV resources) and tracking delivery with your aligned accounts. We have open “CEM” positions in both EMEA and the US.
