With over 25 years of experience in the AV and collaboration sector, Luke has held senior roles including Head of Service Development at Ricoh Europe, Director of Product & Service Architecture at Kinly, and Global Head of Enterprise Support at AVMI.
Leveraging his deep expertise in Enterprise Managed Services, Luke understands the critical importance of service and product continuity, as well as exceptional lifecycle management.

Stakeholder engagement remains a key priority, supported by his extensive hands-on experience with customer requirements, having spent four years onsite with a leading global bank and a major law firm. This background ensures that clear, effective communication, both internally and externally, stays at the forefront of Luke’s agenda.
