Senior leadership team


John Masters
Chief Executive OfficerJohn Masters co-founded Workplace Vision because he saw very few global AV MSPs that had a committment to empowering IT service providers. John came to this view when working with many global enterprise clients through his senior leadership roles with AVMI and Diversified. John spent two years living in India, establishing and growing Diversified’s “Global Capability Centre”. Before turning entrepreneur at AVMI in 2011, John was an investment banker with Lehman Brothers, Enskilda Securities and Nomura., where he specialised in telecommunications and undertook assignments with portfolio companies, including as CEO of Tellit Communications Ltd.

Daryl Clarke

Daryl Clarke
Chief Commercial Officer and ChairmanDaryl Clarke is a highly accomplished entrepreneur, currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer and Chairman for Workplace Vision.
Previously, Daryl was founder and Managing Director of Digitavia and then SVP for EMEA following the acquisition by Diversified. Diversified has revenues of over a billion and provides audiovisual solutions for global enterprise customers such as Google, Netflix, Amazon, Meta, Citibank and many others.
Daryl also works as a mentor for the Peter Jones Foundation and was voted Mentor of the year for 2024. He also mentors a number of SME companies to help them fulfil their growth and exit ambitions.

Chief Revenue OfficerWith the demand for standardised AV/UC solutions and meeting rooms growing so fast, many companies are looking for the sort of global solutions that their traditional IT suppliers provide. Keith brings a wealth of IT experience and relationships, helping Workplace Vision mould its approach and engagement to meet Facilities and IT requirements. Before joining Workplace Vision, Keith held sales leadership positions with two global AV System Integrators; before this, Keith had a successful 30-year IT Sales career culminating in becoming Verizon Business UK’s AVP, growing revenues from $250m – $370m over a five-year period.

Chief Operating OfficerCraig Bonner joined Workplace Vision to address this issue by introducing globally consistent services supported by innovative software tools. With over 23 years of experience in the technology sector, Craig has managed projects for various corporate entities. His leadership roles at AVMI and EOS IT Solutions have equipped him with valuable insights into the challenges of achieving efficient and consistent global project delivery. Recognising the significance of post-implementation support, he emphasises the importance of designing projects with ongoing maintenance in mind. Workplace Vision offers a novel approach to achieving consistency on a large scale, leveraging Craig’s engineering background to ensure clients’ workplace objectives are integrated into service-oriented designs.

Currently serving as Head of Client Experience Engineering, Luke leads teams dedicated to creating scalable, consistent frameworks that enhance client experience and operational efficiency. Across more than a decade in the industry, Luke has progressed through roles in technical project management, design architecture, and global standards leadership. Luke has extensive experience in defining and implementing technical standards that ensure reliability and uniformity across worldwide deployments. A key part of Luke’s career has been building and managing high-performing teams, including global Subject Matter Experts and engineering specialists, to provide proactive support and deliver complex projects at scale.
Passionate about standardisation and process optimization, Luke combines deep technical knowledge with a collaborative leadership style to drive innovation and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Chief Product OfficerLuke Gerrett joined Workplace Vision to lead product strategy and strengthen collaboration across our teams, partner IT channels and end customers. With over 25 years of experience in the AV and collaboration sector, Luke has held senior roles including Head of Service Development at Ricoh Europe, Director of Product & Service Architecture at Kinly, and Global Head of Enterprise Support at AVMI.
Leveraging his deep expertise in Enterprise Managed Services, Luke understands the critical importance of service and product continuity, as well as exceptional lifecycle management.Stakeholder engagement remains a key priority, supported by his extensive hands-on experience with customer requirements, having spent four years onsite with a leading global bank and a major law firm. This background ensures that clear, effective communication, both internally and externally, stays at the forefront of Luke’s agenda.

Business DirectorAmy Turney joins Workplace Vision excited to work with a company doing something truly groundbreaking within the industry. Amy has worked in many roles across the AV/IT space in her 15+ years of experience, giving her a unique view across the whole AV project lifecycle and the painful holes that exist in its process. She is inspired by, and focused on, creating technology-enabled working environments that encourage company cohesion and connection.
She began within AVMI working on global integration projects and moved into working to modernise the MoJ and MoD. She later moved into consultancy becoming principal consultant for macom UK and eventually setting up her own workplace consultancy company working with many major clients predominantly in the financial sector. She has also worked within large general contractor build teams as the AV/IT manager and most recently as part of the in-house team for a large investment banking company. She was listed as one of InAVate’s 40 Under 40 in 2020.

Client Program ManagerJim Jones is a Client Program Manager at Workplace Vision, where he leads enterprise AV and workplace-technology programs end‑to‑end—partnering with engineering, service delivery, solutions architects, client stakeholders, and vendor teams to ensure solutions are both operationally sound and financially robust. With more than two decades in IT services and systems integration, Jim has built and guided global delivery practices and complex, multi‑disciplinary programs for enterprise clients; his experience spans roles at NTT DATA, iVision, NACR, The Ritz‑Carlton Hotel Company, TRX, and Inacom, and his strengths include program & project management, critical thinking, budgeting, and executive communication. Based in metro Atlanta, Georgia, he is known for turning ambiguous objectives into consistent outcomes and driving risk‑aware, schedule‑focused execution across AV/IT deployments.

Jignesh Patel

Jignesh Patel
CAD & BIM ManagerJignesh Patel is a CAD & BIM Manager at Workplace Vision, where he leads a team of CAD and REVIT professionals. He oversees 2D drafting, 3D Model creation, and 3D coordination with other discipline services, ensuring seamless AV infrastructure integration into building models using AutoCAD, Revit and VR Software. Jignesh develops and enforces CAD/BIM standards, trains teams, and collaborates with engineering and design team to produce detailed technical drawings that simplify installations. With more than a decade in the BIM industry, he brings extensive expertise from roles at Jones Engineering Group, Analytix Business Solutions, and Hi-Tech iSolutions LLP. Based in Gujarat, India, Jignesh stands out for his creativity, developing and enforcing detailed drawings standards, effective team mentoring.
